We want you to love your flowers and plants.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Because flowers and live plants are perishable, they may not be eligible for return. If your flowers or plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after review.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
